According to different product requirements, our inspection process can include key dimension measurement, surface quality checking, thread inspection, hardness testing, assembly fit checking and final appearance inspection. For precision parts and critical features, inspection equipment such as CMM, vision measuring instruments, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges and hardness testers can be used to verify dimensional accuracy and product consistency.
